Responsible Disclosure

Pardo Digital welcomes responsible security research and disclosure. We ask that you:

• Give us reasonable time to address the issue before any public disclosure
• Avoid accessing, modifying, or deleting data belonging to others
• Act in good faith to avoid privacy violations and service disruption
• Only test against your own accounts or test environments when possible

How to Report

Please email your findings to julio@pardodigital.com. Include as much detail as possible:

• A clear description of the vulnerability
• Steps to reproduce or a proof of concept
• The potential impact and severity
• Any suggested remediation

Our Commitment

We commit to acknowledging your report within 5 business days. We will keep you informed as we investigate and address the issue. When appropriate, we are happy to publicly acknowledge your contribution with your permission.

Safe Harbor

We will not take legal action against researchers who follow this responsible disclosure policy in good faith. We appreciate your help in keeping Pardo Digital and our clients safe.
